Matthew Hams it up for the Camera

It's hard to believe that the littlest Riggio is 3 months old. Matthew has definitely got his daddy's hair line and his mommy's beautiful blue eyes...for now. What a handsome little guy he has turned out to be. Might I add that his personality is just as cute as these photos.

Full of Smiles

It's a bit dark, but I took the cutest pic of Matthew on my cell phone today. I can't believe how animated he is. He talks, goos, and loves to respond when I ask him what a kitty says. He has the cutest toothless smile I have every seen. I am being summoned by the "prince of the house" for his dinner but I will post more tonight or tomorrow.

The Boys Get a Strike (or attempted it)

Sunday we took the boys for their first bowling adventure. We spent the afternoon with the Mazur family (this is Joshua's girlfriend and her family) and decided to try our hand at bowling. With the bumpers in the place, the kids actually beat both Jim and Jill (Noelle's mommy). The boys had a blast and mommy enjoyed watching their fearless attempts to toss the 8 pound ball down the alley. Here are a few snapshots of our day.....

A cheesy pic of mommy and 3 of her boys!

Goodbye Ashley

Today we said goodbye to our "original" babysitter, Ashley Gatje (Drahos). After a two week visit to Paso Robles, she left on a plane to New York and her new home. Ashley's husband Rick is in the Coast Guard and begins his new post in Long Island on June 1. Ashley is due to give birth to baby Logan on July 14 so we are all a little sad that we will miss seeing the new arrival. We wish Ashley the best of luck and cannot wait to visit her in the Big Apple!!

A Visit to the Dentist

How was I to know that my six month cleaning at the dentist would also be Matthew's first visit as well? As expected, the little stinker didn't last 5 minutes in his car seat since mom was not in sight. For the 30 minutes it took to clean my teeth, Matthew slept peacefully in my lap. I insisted that he get a snapshot of his first visit! Maybe he will be just as good for his first visit to the pediatric dentist.

A Missing Tooth at Last

Joshua is proud to announce that his first tooth has fallen out. After several weeks of wiggling and "Mommy, can you pull my tooth out?," we finally yanked the sucker out last night. He was so excited to finally have his name placed on the tooth board in his classroom. He was one of the last 2 children in his class with all his baby teeth. He was elated to find $3 from the tooth fairy this morning under his pillow...and his baby tooth returned so that mommy could place it in his baby book. I promise not to keep any of the other teeth!
